This holiday home will provide you, your family and friends with comfortable accommodation to enjoy the Murray River and all it has to offer. Our shack is in a small very quiet river front group.

Great for families, small groups, especially if you love your water sport activities.

This property is NOT SUITABLE for bucks or hens nights, no Schoolies groups due to close proximity to neighbours and other shacks and young children being nearby.

Maximum 11 guests.

Minimum 2 night stay on normal weekends, longer minimum stay for long weekends and peak periods. Please message us for details of the dates you are interested in.

Across the ferry and a short drive from the town of Mannum. Near the Younghusband boat ramp. Petrol and ice and other supplies are available either in Mannum or at Bowhill.

Four bedrooms sleeps 11.
Bedroom 1 – Queen bed sleeps 2, with ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 - 2 king singles or extra-large king bed – plus a single bed sleeps 3, with ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 – one queen sized bed plus single bed– sleeps 3, with split system air conditioner.
Bedroom 4 - one double bed PLUS a single bed - sleeps 3, with split system air conditioner.

Please note: Bed linen is provided. Bath mat and tea towels provided.
BYO bath & river towels.

(Note: Bath towels can be available at an extra charge. But must be pre booked. These towels are not to be used outside at all and no fake tan or oils used with them. )

Modern equipped kitchen with island bench/breakfast bar, oven, electric cooktop, microwave, crockery, cutlery plus much more.

Modern Bathroom & separate toilet.

Living area with split system air conditioner and ceiling fans.
Complete with a TV and DVD player, Stereo with Aux In and stunning river views. Normal TV with reception through regional network (some local programs may not be available)
Dining table seats 8, breakfast bar seats additional 3.

Small undercover Outdoor Area with BBQ including gas bottle and some seating plus an outdoor dining table seats 6.

Excellent private jetty and mooring for one boat or one jetski.

A refundable $800 bond is required for all bookings

No pets allowed.
No tents or swags allowed.
Property is NOT fenced.
No smoking inside property or near doors or windows.

PLEASE NOTE: Only one boat or jet ski can be moored on the deck. 2 or more boats or other watercraft not allowed.

BYO outdoor chairs, sun shelter.

Please note that parking is limited on or near the property. Only 4-5 vehicles including a boat trailer can park near the property. No parking on the grass or opposite our neighbours properties.
