It is the perfect choice for a fun filled relaxing time sitting back relaxing and taking in the ambiance of the mighty Murray River all the year around.
It is located at the Mannum Waters Marina on Pelican Drive, Port Mannum.
Mannum township is about 3 kilometer distance by road or river. It is the gateway to other upper river locations, it is a vibrant and social community. It is a tourist destination with many shops to browse, annual festivals, car shows, Sounds by the River concert and on water activities abound.
The Hasta La Vista is a mid size all steel construction mono hull river cruiser, open plan, bright, airy and extremely comfortable. It is not 5 star but is very cozy and has all the facilities for off the grid river enjoyment.
The Hasta La Vista is a shared and open living space which incorporates the sleeping and kitchenette areas. Bedding arrangements are 1 double permanent bed, 1 double bed fold down combined with the dining table, 1 smaller single bed for smaller guests plus a front day sitter. There are no separate rooms. It is similar in size to that of a large RV except its on water.
The Hasta has all the facilities required, bathroom and toilet amenities, cooking appliances, music and Smart TV/DVD on board.
The kitchenette has all the utensils and cooking aids to cook up a feast aboard - the oven is ideal for cooking a family roast. We also have a stove top ground coffee maker - just bring your own favorite ground coffee. We supply basic items such as sauces, tea and instant coffee, complimentary milk, limited toiletries and cleaning items.
There is rear deck with weather proof canopy and side shades, extended swim deck with ladder, gas BBQ, outdoor gas heater, cool drink chest (ice required), 12 volt powered 45 liter fridge, mood lighting and back up 3 kva generator to charge items or inflate water toys. 240 volt power is on hand via the generator to power the internal split system heat and cool unit, toaster or other 240 powered items. Be aware that the generator will need to be used to maintain sufficient power when there is periods of no sun.
There are canoes with all the safety gear for your use.
You are also welcome to bring your own ski boat, tinny or jet ski as there is a boat ramp and plenty of space to tie up alongside. Your own personal boats or jet ski must be operated at your own risk.
Guests will be met personally by a helpful Hasta crew representative and given a safety and orientation tuition. Any special needs are to be disclosed on boarding the vessel so we can make the stay as accommodating as possible. Unfortunately it is not wheel chair friendly due to deck space and entry points with step down.
Moored accommodation is a popular choice for those that don't wish to drive a houseboat which involves risk, attracts a higher per night hire fee and additional fuel costs. With moored accommodation only you still get the same on water experience, rock and roll mill pond mirror water conditions in the morning and evening.
During the cooler months you can have a camp fire with a complimentary bag of firewood supplied.
Please bring your own (BYO) bed linen and towels which helps in keeping the hire cost at a family budget price. We can supply bed linen and towels at a reasonable charge upon request.
A cleaning fee does apply (refer to extra fees applicable). If the vessel is returned in poor untidy condition or any damage goes unreported it may affect the security bond refund.
The Hasta La Vista is a non smoking vessel due to its compact size and pets can not be accommodated on board.
