Recently remodeled holiday home, located just 10 km upstream from Mannum in an exclusive clutch of shacks. Absolute riverfront property with small fenced yards, front & back, and 80 metres of lawn before a gentle gradient into the water. This property is the ideal location for a quiet family holiday or the perfect getaway for 2 or more people. This property has direct river access, including new private jetty, for swimming, boating or jet ski action. Downstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed (2 singles) and separate, an all in one, laundry, toilet and bathroom (both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms include basic toiletries). There is a large undercover area with a BBQ, fridge and ample parking. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with a bunk bed that sleeps 3 (double at the bottom and a single at the top). A portacot is available on request. There is a bathroom/ toilet, a lounge/ dining room and a new kitchen, open to the living area, equipped with microwave, oven, cook-top, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.Tap water is not safe to drink so a 10 L box of spring water is provided. Other basic electrical appliances are provided- kettle, toaster, fry pan, hairdryer. The upstairs is air-conditioned with a reverse cycle spit system and ceiling fans. Downstairs also has a reverse cycle split system. The property comes equipped with TV, DVD player, DVDs, books, puzzles and games for indoor entertainment. The living area opens out to a large deck with outstanding panoramic views of the Murray River and outdoor dining facilities. BBQ and pizza oven supplied, including a gas bottle. Also available for an extra cost on application: 2 fishing kayaks. Pets are welcome but only outside (ample undercover space). There are other dog friendly dogs around so please only bring well socialised dogs.
