Creating memories! Arguably one of the best views on the Murray River. Importantly facing east so you are not looking into the afternoon sun. Bush views opposite and cliff views across the water to the south.
Summer fun and winter beauty. Large lawned area to the waters edge with lots of shade from river red gum. Located approx. 2 hour drive north east of Adelaide and only a few minutes drive into Morgan where there are two Hotels. The Commercial Hotel and The Terminus Hotel, the very popular Marr’s Bakery, a small Supermarket, Hardware Store, Ambulance Station, Motel, Caravan Park, Ferry, large new interactive adventure playground, BMX track, Museum, Morgan Dirt Kart Club/Morgan Go-Kart track, a Tourist Information Centre, a Service Station with cafe and other fast food options available if required. Approx. 26km over the ferry to the very popular Caudo Winery or 44km to Waikerie where there are two large Supermarkets if you need to stock up. It’s 25km to the historic Mount Mary Hotel or 67km to historic Overland Corner Hotel.
It’s a two minute drive back down the road to Brenda Parks own private boat ramp.

With one queen bed and en-suite (third bathroom) and second family/ lounge/dining area which is ideal to use as a kids space with dart board and chess set a third TV, a DVD player and second large fridge, a selection of DVD's plus Play Station 3 and a variety of PS games.
