This property is located on the River Murray between 2 Locks in Brenda Park. It's a 5 minute drive from Morgan, and 2 hour drive from Adelaide.

Absolute riverfront with private jetty, sandy beach, large lawn area to river front and stunning uninterrupted river views whether you choose to dine inside or out.

This property:
- Sleeps 8 people, absolutely NO camping, swags or extra people allowed.
- 3 bedrooms: 2 queen beds, and 4 single beds (2 bunk beds).
- 2 bathrooms: ensuite with walk-in robe off the master bedroom + 1 central
-2 main bedrooms with direct access to balcony
- Large dining with seating for 8 + 4 on kitchen bar
- Free Wi-Fi and SMART TV with internet connection
- Lounge room with TV 65 inch OLED HD, DVD player and stereo, PlayStation 3 with all the popular games
- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, crockery, utensils, walk in pantry, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, base pantry items such as sauces, sugar, tea, coffee, oils, salt, pepper
- Study area
- Separate laundry with Fisher Paykel dryer and washing machine, cordless Dyson
- Reverse cycle ducted air conditioner

- Gas BBQ and outdoor dining seating 8 plus a Weber (bring own coals/beads)

Please note that this property is not suitable for pets and absolutely smoke free.

What to bring:
- Your own boat, jet skis and water toys
- All beds have quilts, quilt covers, pillows and pillow cases and are fully made up
- 2 towels are provided in each bathroom, please bring extra if required
- All taps pump river water. There is a rainwater tank on site, dispenser in the kitchen, but please bring additional drinking water as required
- Bring own pods for Nespresso Coffee machine but generic pods are supplied

We request an additional $500 on top of the day rate for bond in case of damages. This bond is fully refundable.
Should an unforeseeable event occur related to COVID19 which prevents travel such as a lockdown, we will give a FULL refund
An additional $150 for cleaning.
Must supply car registration numbers, names and age group of ALL guests, and drivers licence of booking guest.
STRICT RULES:
Please be aware if more than the booked number of guests stay on the property, or any camping without permission, you will lose your bond.
Excess noise, partying, or disturbing the neighbours after 10pm will lose bond and may be asked to leave the property.
Any damage externally or inside, will lose appropriate cost from bond. This includes excessive cleaning.
