• Rates are based on accommodation for up to 8 guests.
• Standard rates apply to all guests (no discounted rates for children).
• Please note that increased rates and minimum night stay requirements will apply where a booking is on a Long Weekend, during Local Major Events, over Easter, Christmas or New Year and throughout the SA Summer School Holidays.
• A $450 Security Deposit will be charged prior to your stay at Bella Vista & is refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property after check-out
