4 2The Pines is located overlooking the Murray River in Paringa SA. 1890 built stone home, a renovated home for the ultimate river relaxing holiday destination.
We can accommodate for large groups, families and families with small children.
Sleeps 10 guests, 4 main rooms, King room, Queen room, double bed and a room under the same roof with extra beds, day bed in the main hallway.
Kitchen with all facilities, BBQ pergola area, 2 bathrooms, lounge/wine room. Outdoor area with plenty of room to roam around the well maintained garden.
The River front is one of many of the highlights of this place, you have this space to yourself to enjoy water sports or to sit and enjoy the tranquillity of the Murray River. Spot a kookaburra or a kolala in the magnificent gums.
The Pines is nestled on a cliff, In a quite location to yourself. The fire pit is a newly renovated space overlooking the River Murray, such a beautiful setting to watch the sunset. We have plenty of room for parking and space for a boat or tinny. The boat ramp is only a short 2 min drive to Bert Dix park in Paringa.
The Riverland is the ideal place to unwind and relax for that RNR time out.

Bedrooms are very roomy, they all have beautifully designed, original pressed tin ceilings. Bed 1 has a King bed with a view of the Murray River.
Bed 2 also has a great view of the River with a Queen bed, single beds & a day bed, this room is great for a family of 5 or 6
Bed 3 has a Queen bed.
Kids sleep out is a comfy, cool room for young teens or a family, sleeps 3, 3x single beds and a double futon bed, Tv & games.
The large hallway inside has a day bed if your looking for and extra bed or an afternoon rest.
All main rooms inside have a fire place for display purposes only. Reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout the house, a gas fire in the lounge for a cosy night in front on the TV.
The kitchen has a room full of windows with gorgeous views of the Murray River and the outdoor area. There is a coffee machine, ground coffee supplied, oven, fridge/freezer x2, microwave, dishwasher with tablets supplied and all the essential items in the kitchen to make your stay with us feel like your home.
The outdoor BBQ area has a large webber/ kitchen bench, outdoor table & chairs, wine barrels to sit around and soak up the riverlands beautiful sunsets.
A outdoor fire pit has been landscaped recently, sit around the fire watching the sunset and take in the serenity.
The laundry is outside under the roof with a washing machine, washing powder supplied, ironing board & Iron, fridge/freezer, toilet and shower.
The main bathroom has a large spa bath, shower, separate toilet, hand basin, hairdryer.
The lounge/Wine room is a comfy room to sit in and enjoy a wine or beverage. After exploring the Riverland you can place your supplies in the wine fridge or sit back and enjoy a sip or two! We have collected some old memorabilia for our guest to have an experience and embrace in what was used in the late eighteen to nineteen hundreds.
A large TV is in the lounge/wine room, this is a smart TV for your Netflix or connect your phone to listen to music.
The lawns on the Riverfront is for guests only staying at the house. Spend your time watching the world go by or have a spot at fishing or explore the waterways and backwaters in a canoe.
